Approved by the South African Department of Employment and Labour Approved Inspection Authority.Our Approval number is OH0229 – CI050, for Occupational Health and Hygiene in terms of Occupational Health & Safety Act, 1993 (Act 85 of 1993). 
 
Omogau SHEQ Solutions CC was established to provide easily implementable and cost effective SHEQ Solutions to industries, government sectors and mines in order to assist them in complying with the applicable legal requirements to which they subscribe i.e.
·       Occupational Health & Safety Act, 1993 (Act 85 of 1993)
·       Mine Health & Safety Act, 1996 (Act 29 of 1996)
·        National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act 107 of 1998) etc.
And most importantly to protect their workforce against adverse health effects while preserving the environment for future generations.
 
Our approach is mainly based on sustained productivity, healthier workforce and preserved environment through prevention of occupational ill-health, medical conditions / complications, work-related injuries and environmental pollution.
